Do I need labs?
Labs are recommended but not required. Many clients benefit from lab-guided insights, but we'll discuss what makes sense for your case during your Discovery Call.
What if I'm already on supplements?
Great—we'll review what you're currently taking and streamline your protocol so every supplement has a purpose. No more supplement roulette.
How long until I see results?
It depends on your unique case and history. Some clients notice shifts within weeks; others with more complex cases may take a few months. We set realistic timelines together.
Do you work with people in my state?
Yes! Our coaching is virtual and available nationwide. Since we provide health coaching (not medical practice), we can work with clients in any state.
